Flea Market Promotional Materials

Designing assets to promote Southern California’s annual Rose Bowl Flea Market

DESCRIPTION

In 1968, two local entrepreneurs partnered up to put on their first city-wide flea market. They chose the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California as their location, and since then, called it the Rose Bowl Flea Market. This event represents a major part of L.A.’s history, as one of Southern California’s most popular and beloved annual events. In an attempt to create branding and promote the event, I designed a wide array of assets and promotional materials including posters, flyers, social media posts, and t-shirts.

GOALS

  • Design the event’s branding around its values, and the needs of the vendors and buyers

  • Create a wide array of eye-catching promotional materials to attract the event’s new and returning crowd

  • Capture the heart of the event and what they have to offer
